Structure and performance
1. The equipment is made of two steel plates, forming two uniform spiral channels. The two kinds of heat transfer media can carry out full counter current flow, greatly enhancing the heat transfer effect. Even if two kinds of media with small temperature difference can achieve good heat exchange effect.
2. Because The pipe on the shell adopts tangential structure and the curvature of the spiral channel is uniform, the liquid flow in the equipment has no large turning direction, and the total resistance is small. Therefore, the design flow rate can be increased to make it have higher heat transfer capacity.
3. The end face of spiral channel of type I non detachable spiral plate heat exchanger adopts welding seal, so it has high sealing performance.
4. The structural principle of type II detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non detachable heat exchanger, but one of the channels can be disassembled for cleaning, especially for heat exchange with viscous and precipitated liquid.
5. The structural principle of type III detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non detachable heat exchanger, but its two channels can be disassembled for cleaning, so it can be widely used.
6. According to the nominal pressure, spiral plate heat exchanger can be divided into pn0.6, 1.0, 1.6 and 2.5MPa (refers to the larger working pressure that single channel can bear). According to the material can be divided into carbon steel and stainless steel. Users can choose according to the actual process.
7. When a single equipment can not meet the requirements, it can be used in combination, but the combination must meet the following requirements:
Parallel combination, series combination, equipment and channel spacing are the same. Hybrid combination: one channel in parallel, one channel in series.
